Coastal training and education programs are open to all, but registration is required. Registration is through the Delaware Learning Center, unless otherwise noted.

Please login (see below) to the Learning Center then select the training from the My Training widget on the Welcome Page and follow the registration process. Or search for the course title in the search bar.

State of Delaware Employees:

If you are a State of Delaware employee, please log in through your Delaware Learning Center portal.

For All Others:

If you do not already have an account in the Delaware Learning Center, you will need to complete the online registration form.

If you already have a Delaware Learning Center account, log-in through the Delaware Learning Center  and complete your registration.
