Retail Stores in the State of Delaware are required to register and complete the At-Store Plastic Bag Recycling Survey and Registration. This survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete.

Who Should Complete a Survey?

As of January 1, 2021, all stores as defined in 7 Del. Code §6099A shall not provide any single use plastic bag to a customer.

By completing the survey below, you will allow DNREC to determine if your retail establishment is complying with the law, or if your business is exempt.
