The Hazardous Substance Cleanup Act (HSCA), 7 Del. C. § 9107 (a)(1), requires the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) to provide “public notification within 20 days after entering into negotiations for a voluntary cleanup settlement agreement with any person that agrees to perform a remedy.”

As required by §9107(a)(1), DNREC advises that it is negotiating a VCP Agreement with Kings Highway Land Partners, LLC regarding the Dry Clean Central Offsite Contamination Site (DE-1694).
