Notice has been given that:

GeoTech, LLC, requests a permit to construct one (1) McCloskey I44V3 Concrete Crusher rated 350 horsepower with one (1) McCloskey R230 Screener rated 225 horsepower, one (1) McCloskey stacking conveyor rated 50 horsepower, and one (1) horsepower McCloskey stacking conveyor rated 85 horsepower at their 1600 Newport Gap Pike, Wilmington, New Castle County facility with additional locations at 100 Julian Lane, Bear, 1230 Railcar Avenue, Wilmington, 3700 S. Bay Road, Dover, 22351 Joseph Road, Georgetown, and 1620 Bowers Street, Wilmington. The Crusher with associated Screener will be permitted to emit 2.19 TPY NOx, 2.71 TPY CO, 0.13 TPY THC, 1.59 TPY PM, and 0.01 TPY SO2 by Permit: APC-2019/0052-CONSTRUCTION. This permit application was originally advertised on February 17, 2019. This public notice includes additional locations the equipment may operate and reduced permitted emissions.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending March 18, 2019. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
