The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:

CB Lewes, LLC of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, to install one pump station with dual pumps; approximately one thousand, three hundred and forty two linear feet of four inch (1,342 LF of 4”) diameter force main; and related appurtenances, to serve the proposed, The Arbors of Cottagedale, residential subdivision located at 33515 Mackenzie Way, Lewes and Rehoboth Hundred, Lewes, Sussex County, Delaware. The pump station will be located northwest of the proposed development on Mackenzie Way. The forcemain will be installed from the pump station, run westwards along Mackenzie Way and tie into an existing manhole on Mackenzie Way.

A public hearing concerning the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before April 7, 2019. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
