The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:

Ocean Atlantic, LLC of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, to install one pump station with dual pumps; approximately one thousand, seven hundred and one linear feet of four inch (1,701 LF of 4”) diameter force main; and related appurtenances, to serve the proposed Kindleton residential subdivision, to be located on the east side of Robinsonville Road (SCR 277), approximately 845 linear feet north of the centerline of Cedar Grove Road, Lewes and Rehoboth Hundred, Sussex County, Delaware. The pump station will be located within the development. The forcemain will be installed in the residential development, along Givens Way, Kindleton Lane, then cross Cedar Grove Road (SCR 283) to tie into an existing manhole.

A public hearing concerning the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before April 7, 2019. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
