Notice has been given that:
GFP Mobile Mix Supply, LLC, requests a construction permit to construct a CemenTech Model CT-350P Portland cement storage silo and Belle 225 Dust House baghouse at their 14 Hadco Road, Wilmington, New Castle County facility. The silo and baghouse will be permitted to emit 0.00050 tons of PM10 per twelve (12) month rolling period by Permit: APC-2019/0088-CONSTRUCTION.
The application for this permit may be reviewed at the offices of the Division of Air Quality, State Street Commons, 100 W. Water Street, Suite 6A, Dover, Delaware or 715 Grantham Lane, New Castle, Delaware. A public hearing on any of the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding the application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending June 10, 2019. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
