The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application for the construction of wastewater conveyance has been received concerning the following:

CMF Bayside, LLC is proposing a duplex submersible sanitary sewer pump station, one thousand two hundred and thirty linear feet (1,230 LF) of four (4) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main, an emergency generator, an emergency bypass connection and related appurtenances to serve ninety-six (96) single family homes and a pool in Village A of the Americana Bayside subdivision located southeast of the intersection of Signature Blvd. and Lakeview Dr. west of Fenwick Island in Sussex County, Delaware.

A public hearing concerning the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before June 9, 2019. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
