The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up the 4601 North Market Street Site located in Wilmington, Delaware.  The Site was previously operated as a commercial shopping mall.  The Site requires the following: an Environmental Covenant restricting use to non-residential; restriction of groundwater use; and a Contaminated Material Management Plan.  The Site is proposed to be redeveloped as a self-storage facility.
