The Department has adopted a plan regarding the clean-up of the Swain Property located in Milford. The Site, once used as an automobile repair facility and recreational business, requires a hot-spot removal and an Environmental Covenant. 

DNREC issued a public notice of the Proposed Plan for the Swain Property on June 2, 2019.  There were no comments or questions from the public regarding the Proposed Plan.  Details of the Final Plan are available at the office of DNREC-SIRS (391 Lukens Drive, New Castle, DE, 19720), 21309 Berlin Road, Suite 2, Georgetown, DE 19947, and online at www.nav.dnrec.delaware.gov/DEN3/
