Coastal Programs Federal Consistency Certifications: Eastern Shore Natural Gas

Federal Consistency Certifications have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: ESNG Del-Mar Energy Pathway Project (2019.0087)

Eastern Shore Natural Gas proposes the installation of 3 buried natural gas pipeline extensions, construction of a metering and regulator station, and upgrades to a pressure control station. A 16-inch diameter pipeline will begin along South Railroad Ave, Wyoming, Kent County, DE and extend 4.89 miles south to the intersection of Turkey Point Rd and Fence Post Lane, Woodside, Kent County, DE. An 8-inch diameter pipeline will begin at the intersection of Park Ave and Springfield Rd, Georgetown, Sussex County, DE and extend 7.39 miles east to the proposed metering and regulator station at the intersection of Hollymount Rd and Beaver Dam Rd, Hollymount, Sussex County, DE.  A 10-inch diameter pipeline will be installed at the Millsboro Pressure Control Station, where upgrades are proposed, extending 0.35 mile east along Hardscrabble Rd and north along Sheep Pen Rd to the intersection of DuPont Blvd, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.
