The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean up Operable Unit #4 of the NVF-Yorklyn Site located at 1166 Yorklyn Road in Yorklyn, Delaware.  The Operable Unit contains approximately 1,250 linear feet of railroad track and right-of-way.  Surface soil and subsurface soil have been impacted by historic activities.  During removal of the old track, any excavated soil needs to be segregated, properly disposed of, and shall not be used to grade the new right-of-way.
