Subaqueous Lands Lease Application

Delaware Adventures Inc. (3-35-5.00-17.00) – Through a license agreement with the Delaware River and Bay Authority, to utilize and operate the existing floating dock structures for the mooring of a maximum of (4) four vessels consisting of a 4 by 28 foot long gangway and two (2) 8 by 90 foot long floating docks in the Delaware Bay, at the Cape May-Lewes Ferry Terminal, 43 Henlopen Drive, Lewes, Sussex County, DE

Brent and Ingrid Poffenberger (1-34-12.00-2024.00) – To remove an existing pier and dock, and to construct a 4 by 45 foot long pier, a 6 by 32 foot long dock, a boat lift with 4 associated pilings and 2 stand-alone mooring pilings in White Creek at 55 Daisey Avenue, Ocean View, Sussex County, DE

Christopher and Teresa Anderson (NM-00-086.03-01-38.00-00001) – To utilize and maintain a 2 by 30 foot long pier and a 4 by 6 foot long dock in Issac Branch at 119 Stuart Drive, Dover, Kent County, DE

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice.  Please indicate in your letter whether your intention is to request a public hearing or whether you are simply providing comments for the Department’s consideration. If a public hearing is desired, please be advised that a public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
