7 DE Admin. Code 1102 Natural Minor Permit Application: Delaware City Refining Company

Notice has been given that:

The Delaware City Refining Company, has submitted an application to amend its permit to allow for temperature monitoring at their Marine Pier Vapor Combustion Units (VCUs).  The VCUs, located at their 4550 Wrangle Hill Road, Delaware City, New Castle County facility are permitted under Permit: APC-95/0471-CONSTRUCTION/OPERATION (Amendment 6)(LAER)(MACT)(NSPS).  The monitoring change will increase the annual potential to emit by 3.86 tons of NOX, 3.24 tons of CO, 0.29 tons of PM, 0.21 tons of VOC, and 0.02 tons of SO2, however, the current permitted emission limits will not change.

The application for this permit may be reviewed at the offices of the Division of Air Quality, State Street Commons, 100 W. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending Monday, September 23, 2019.  A request for a hearing shall be in writing.  The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
