The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:

Fraser Pines, LLC proposes to construct a suction lift sanitary sewer pump station, pump building and approximately three thousand six hundred and fifty linear feet (3,650 LF) of six (6) inch diameter force main to serve forty-two (42) single family lots, twenty-eight (28) twins and one hundred and two (102) townhouses in the proposed Village at Pine View Subdivision.  The proposed subdivision is to be located at 2617 and 2679 Frazer Road near Newark in New Castle County, Delaware.  The force main is designed to run along Frenchtown Road between the Frazer Road and Perch Creek Drive intersections.

A public hearing concerning the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before November 13, 2019. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
