Kruger Farms, Inc. has requested allocation permit for one existing irrigation well. The maximum daily withdrawal is 720,000 gallons per day. The well will be located south of Georgetown in Sussex County, near the intersection of Alms House Road and DuPont Boulevard. Tax parcel 133-2.00-3.00.

Kruger Farms, Inc. has requested an allocation permit for one existing irrigation well. The maximum daily withdrawal is 1,152,000 gallons per day. The well will be located south of Georgetown in Sussex County, near the intersection of Bunting and Mirey Branch Roads. Tax parcel 133-6.00-29.00.

Paf, LLC has requested an allocation permit for one existing irrigation well. The maximum daily withdrawal is 720,000 gallons per day. The well will be located south of Georgetown in Sussex County, near the intersection of Piney Grove and Trap Pond Roads. Tax parcel 133-5.00-2.03.

Kruger Farms, Inc. has requested an allocation permit for two existing irrigation wells. The maximum daily withdrawal is 3,312,000 gallons per day. The wells will be located southwest of Georgetown in Sussex County, near the intersection of Trap Pond and Big Mill Roads. Tax parcel 133-5.00-14.01.

Kruger Farms, Inc. has requested an allocation permit for four existing irrigation wells. The maximum daily withdrawal is 5,832,000 gallons per day. The wells will be located southeast of Georgetown in Sussex County, near the intersection of Old Furnace Road and County Seat Highway. Tax parcel 231-19.00-14.00.

Paf, LLC has requested an allocation permit for one existing irrigation well. The maximum daily withdrawal is 1,296,000 gallons per day. The well will be located southwest of Georgetown in Sussex County, near the intersection of Tyndall and Dusty Roads. Tax parcel 231-19.00-18.00.

The well will be located southwest of Georgetown in Sussex County, near the intersection of Fleetwood Pond and Old Furnace Roads. Tax parcel 231-14.00-19.00.

Kruger Farms, Inc. has requested an allocation permit for one existing irrigation well. The maximum daily withdrawal is 2,016,000 gallons per day. The well will be located southwest of Georgetown in Sussex County, near the intersection of Fleetwood Pond and Old Furnace Roads. Tax parcel 231-14.00-20.00.

Kruger Farms, Inc. has requested an allocation permit for one existing irrigation well. The maximum daily withdrawal is 1,296,000 gallons per day. The well will be located west of Georgetown in Sussex County, near the intersection of Rum Bridge and Old Furnace Roads. Tax parcel 231-14.00-7.01.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received by November 18, 2019, at 4:30 p.m.  A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
