The Secretary of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control has established fees related to Coastal Zone Act conversion permits, pursuant to 82 Del. Laws, c.86, §80 and 7 Del. C. §7005(e). The fee for a conversion permit application is $15,000 and the fee for a conversion permit modification is $5,000.
