Notice has been given that:
Cambridge Construction and Engineers, LLC, requests a permit to operate two portable crusher units for the demolition project at the 801 Boxwood Road, Wilmington, New Castle County facility. The two crusher units will be permitted to emit a total of 0.79 ton/year of NOX, 0.23 ton/year of CO, 1.03 ton/year of PM, 0.05 ton/year of THC, and 0.01 ton/year of SO2 by Permit# APC-2020/0057.
The application for this permit may be reviewed at the offices of the Division of Air Quality, State Street Commons, 100 W. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending January 6, 2020. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
