Federal Consistency Determinations have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following:

USDA FSA Poultry Operation Nine Foot Rd Millsboro (2020.0034)

The USDA, Farm Service Agency proposes to provide financial assistance for the purchase of an existing poultry operation with residence at 24735 Nine Foot Road Millsboro, DE 19966, Tax Map Parcel 233-14.00-8.00.  The transaction would also include the installation of a new DNREC approved septic system.
