The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), Division of Air Quality (DAQ), will conduct a virtual public hearing (Docket #2020-R-A-0003) on three (3) proposed revisions to Delaware’s State Implementation Plan (SIP). The hearing will address:
The public hearing will be held on Wednesday March 25, 2020, beginning at 6:00 PM,
in the DNREC Auditorium, Richardson & Robbins Building, 89 Kings Highway, Dover, DE 19901.
The objectives of the proposed SIP revisions are to certify that Delaware’s programs for emissions statements, NNSR, and RACT, as codified in the DAQ regulations in Title 7 of the Delaware Administrative Code, meet all the requirements of the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality (NAAQS).
The proposed SIP revisions may be inspected at DNREC’s office located at 100 W. Water Street, Suite 6A, Dover, DE 19904 and online as of March 1, 2020 at regulations.delaware.gov/services/current_issue.shtml.

either orally or in written form at the public hearing on March 25, 2020.
