Reg. 1102 Permit Application: Caliber Collision

Notice has been given that Caliber Collision has applied for a permit to operate an Auto Body Shop at the following locations to conduct any or all of the following: collision repair, vehicle painting, paint stripping, or sanding.  Each Auto Body Shop has a potential to emit less than a combined total of 25 tons per year of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), and less than a combined total of 25 tons per year of Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs).

The applications for these permits may be reviewed at the offices of the Division of Air Quality, State Street Commons, 100 W. A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending March 9, 2020.  A request for a hearing shall be in writing.  The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
