City of Seaford (431-7.00-23.00) – To construct an 8 by 16 foot long pier, a 4 by 40 foot long gangway, an 8 by 48 foot long floating dock, and a 2,337 square foot boardwalk over subaqueous lands, and to repair by replace 167 linear feet of bulkhead in kind on the Nanticoke River between South Pearl Street and Church Street, Seaford, Sussex County, DE

Subaqueous Lands Lease Application

Stephen Brinch (134-8.00-163.00) – To install a 10 by 14 foot long double PWC floating dock and maintain two (2) mooring pilings in White Creek located at 30561 Topside Ct, Ocean View, Sussex County, DE

Elena Rosellen (233-7.00-82.00) – To renew a lease to maintain 4 by 90 foot long pier, a 5 by 20 foot long dock and 2 stand-alone mooring pilings, and to authorize an existing boatlift in Pepper Creek, located at 117 Waterview Lane, Point Farm, Dagsboro, Sussex County, DE

John Gordon (134-13.00-942.00) – To maintain a 5 by 20 foot dock and a 3 by 14 foot pier in an unnamed pond adjacent to the Loop Canal at 936 Heron Drive, Bethany Beach, Sussex County, DE

William Kaplan (3-34-19.00-58.00) – To maintain a 6 by 50 foot long pier, a 5 by 20 foot long dock, a 1 by 14 foot long finger pier, and a boatlift with four associated pilings at 3 White Oak Road, Rehoboth Beach Yacht and Country Club, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE

Daniel and Carol Schreffler (1-32/05.00-00.2-0000) – To maintain a 10 by 15 foot long floating dock and 5 free standing pilings at 27450 River Road, Seaford, Sussex County, DE

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice.  Please indicate in your letter whether your intention is to request a public hearing or whether you are simply providing comments for the Department’s consideration. If a public hearing is desired, please be advised that a public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
