Notice of Proposed Program Change to the Delaware Coastal Management Program

Pursuant to the Coastal Zone Management Act regulations, 15 C.F.R. § 923.81(e), notice is hereby given that the Delaware Coastal Management Program (DCMP) has submitted proposed changes to Delaware’s federally approved coastal management program to the Office for Coastal Management of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

NOAA is responsible for approving the organizational structure on which Delaware relies to administer its coastal management program.  Due to a recent structural reorganization of the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) the DCMP has moved to the Division of Climate, Coastal, and Energy (DCCE).

Comments regarding this program change may be submitted to NOAA within 21 calendar days of the date of this public notice through the program change website coast.noaa.gov/czmprogramchange/.
