Notice has been given that:

Cambridge Constructors requests permission to add a Sandvik QJ341 Jaw Crusher and two stacking conveyors to their existing portable non-metallic mineral processing plant located at 801 Boxwood Road, Wilmington, Delaware. Permit: 2020/0166-Construction/Operation, will limit the facility’s total hours of operation to 1760 hours, and emissions to less than 3.41 tons of PM, 2.31 tons of CO, 4.64 tons of NO_x, 0.02 ton of SO_x, and 0.195 ton of THC.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending May 25, 2020.  A request for a hearing shall be in writing.  The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
