Golf Course Association, LLC (08-027.00-001) – To construct a road crossing for community access by installing a 5 foot high by 22 foot wide by 63 foot long bottomless arched culvert in an unnamed tributary of Red Clay Creek located underneath Cobbs Creek Way, southwest of the intersection of Lancaster Pike and Hercules Road, Wilmington, New Castle County, DE

DE Land Investment Z, LLC (134-19.00-105.05) – To install a 48 inch diameter by 105 foot long culvert, install an 8 inch diameter watermain and a 4 inch diameter sanitary sewer force main under the tax ditch channel, and install two rip rap scour protection outfalls at two stormwater outfalls, and rip rap scour protection at the downstream end of the culvert located in Brasures Branch Tax Ditch, 1,100 feet north of the intersection of Camp Barns Road and Miller Neck Road, Frankford, Sussex County, DE

Brian and Joanne McGregor (3-34-19.00-230.00) – To remove an existing boat lift and to install a 6 by 12 foot long floating kayak dock in Bald Eagle lagoon at 131 East Side Drive, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE

Savannah’s Landing HOA (1-34-13.00-50.003 & 1-34-13.00-42.00) – To replace an existing weir by installing a new concrete weir in order to maintain the integrity and structural components to the stormwater management within the community. Additionally, to install approximately 4 cubic yards of rip-rap for outfall protection and to replace an existing outfall pipe by installing a new 24 inch by 3 foot long HDPE pipe and a 24 inch wide trash rack in an unnamed tributary immediately adjacent to Tyler Drive, Savannah’s Landing HOA, Ocean View, Sussex County, DE

Subaqueous Lands Permit and Wetlands Application

Delaware Department of Transportation (adjacent to 531-15.00-70.00) – To pour a concrete slab for scour protection, permanently impacting 1,882.57 square feet of open water and 558.33 square feet of  wetland impacts, and 723.26 square feet of temporary open water impacts and 1,047.79 square feet of temporary wetland impacts in and adjacent to Turtle Brach at BR 3-214 over Woodland Ferry Road, in Seaford, Sussex County, DE

Delaware Division of Fish & Wildlife (2-00-10600-01-2301-00001) – To repair and expand approximately 5,500 linear feet of existing dike by placing/grading approximately 985 cubic yards of clean fill. To install approximately 550 linear feet of rip-rap (500 cubic yards) on the exterior portions of the dike along the St. Jones River for shoreline stabilization and to plant approximately 3,200 square feet of native wetland plants along the bottom of the dike in the Ted Harvey south impoundment, within the Ted Harvey Wildlife Area, Kent County, DE

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice.  Please indicate in your letter whether your intention is to request a public hearing or whether you are simply providing comments for the Department’s consideration. If a public hearing is desired, please be advised that a public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
