The DNREC Division of Air Quality will conduct a virtual public hearing (Docket #2019-R-A-0029) on proposed amendments to the regulations governing Solvent Cleaning and Drying (7 DE Admin. Code 1124, Section 33.0). Public comment period closed.

The DNREC Division of Air Quality will conduct a virtual public hearing (Docket #2020-R-A-0011) on the proposed revision to Delaware’s State Implementation Plan (SIP). Public comment period closed.
Tuesday, August 4, 2020 - Virtual Public Hearing: Congo Funeral Home Natural Minor Construction Permit
The Division of Air Quality will conduct a public hearing (Docket #2020-P-A-0019) on a natural minor construction permit application for Congo Funeral Home to build a crematory unit at their facility at 100 N. Cleveland Avenue, Wilmington. This matter is closed and the application has been returned.

The Division of Air Quality will conduct a virtual public hearing (Docket #2020-P-A-0018) on a permit application and draft permit for Croda, Inc. This matter is closed and the application has been withdrawn.
