Delaware Coastal Cleanup Sites

The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control will host volunteers at 39 sites around the state during the 2022 Delaware Coastal Cleanup, on Saturday Sept. 17, 2022.

Volunteers can pre-register for cleanup sites in State Wildlife Areas and State Parks statewide, and on beaches in Kent County and Sussex County.

There are limits on how many people can help clean a site at any one time. The registration forms ask for three site preferences. Registrants will get a follow-up email with confirmation and a site location a week or two before the event.

The sites are listed below, by county, and are shown on a cleanup site map as well.
