A meeting of the Delaware Hazardous Substance Cleanup Act (HSCA) Advisory Committee (HAC).

The HSCA Advisory Committee advises the Division of Waste and Hazardous Substances on rules, policies, and procedures relating to the cleanup and re-use of hazardous waste sites.

This meeting will be primarily virtual; however, there will be a conference room available at the DNREC offices on Lukens Drive, in New Castle, for anyone wishing to view the virtual meeting via large-screen computer monitor. All CDC guidelines, including social distancing and masks, will be followed per CDC guidelines and state requirements.
