The Division has issued a Request for Proposals (NAT23001_WAPLOCAL) to identify a vendor or vendors to implement the Weatherization Assistance Program in all three Delaware counties.

This will be a second pre-bid meeting for those planning to submit proposals in response to the Request for Proposals. The first was held on March 2.

Proposals are due by noon on March 15.
