Earn your Delaware Boating Certificate with this four-day course.

This four-day course, offered by Wilmington Sail & Power Squadron, is part of the Delaware Boating Safety program. It is presented on four consecutive Tuesday evenings. There will be a proctored exam at last class, on April 30, 2019.

Safe boating education is recommended for all boating minded people, but certification is required for all operators of any mechanically propelled craft born after December 31, 1977 on Delaware waters, and after June 30, 1975 on Maryland waters. Education is the root of confidence, and confidence is the root of fun on the water.

The course is NASBLA (National Association of State Boating Law Administrators) approved and meets the educational requirements of the United States Coast Guard as well as local and state authorities nationwide.
