The processing facility will be permitted to emit 1.318 lbs/hr and 5.776 tons/year Particulate Matter (PM), 1.037 lbs/hr and 4.543 tons/year Particulate Matter (PM10), 0.366 lb/hr and 1.591 tons/year Particulate Matter (PM2.5), 0.004 lb/hr and 0.019 ton/year Sulfur Oxides (SOX), 0.724 lb/hr and 3.171 tons/year Nitrogen Oxide (NOX), 0.608 lb/hr and 2.664 tons/year Carbon Monoxide (CO), 0.040 lb/hr and 0.174 ton/year Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) by Permit# APC-2019/0030-CONSTRUCTION.
