The DNREC Division of Air Quality will conduct a public hearing on proposed revisions to the Requirements for Preconstruction Review in the state’s Air Regulations. (Public comment period opens on September 1, 2019)

The proposed revisions would update references to EPA’s Guideline on Air Quality Models (Guideline) in the Requirements for Preconstruction Review (7 DE Admin. Code 1125). The EPA has made several revisions to the Guideline since it was first published, in 1978. The Department is proposing to amend 7 DE Admin. Code 1125 to incorporate by reference the most recent revisions to the Guideline (Appendix W to 40 CFR Part 51 — Requirements for Preparation, Adoption, and Submittal of Implementation Plans).
