An organizational meeting of the Delaware Clean Water Trust Oversight Committee.

The Committee was created by the Clean Water for Delaware Act (83 Del. Law c. 84), to advise the Governor and the General Assembly, provide oversight of the Clean Water Trust account and publish an annual report and strategic plan for clean water.

The agenda includes a review of the Clean Water for Delaware Act, defining the vision, mission roles and responsibilities of the Committee, a review of the strategic plan framework and outlining the strategic plan and annual report process.
