Learn about tools you can use to monitor weather and flooding along Delaware’s coasts in this virtual training session.

DNREC’s Delaware Coastal Training Program will host a virtual training on coastal monitoring tools, presented by the University of Delaware Center for Environmental Monitoring and Analysis (CEMA).

Two tools will be discussed: The Delaware Coastal Dashboard and the Delaware Coastal Flood Monitoring System.

The Delaware Coastal Dashboard combines weather and environmental management applications into a portal to provide information for users to prepare for impending storms and plan for future storm events.

The Delaware Coastal Flood Monitoring System provides forecast information on the extent, timing and severity of upcoming coastal flood conditions.

This is one of two identical sessions planned for the same day. This session runs from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Pre-registration is required.
