The Environmental Appeals Board will meet in executive session to prepare for virtual hearings.

The purpose of this meeting is to acclimate the Environmental Appeals Board with the legal implications of conducting Virtual Hearings. The entirety of the meeting will occur in Executive Session for the purpose of receiving legal advice.
