The Division of Climate, Coastal and Energy will hold a virtual public hearing (Docket #2019-R-CCE-0019) on proposed amendments to the Green Energy Fund Regulations. Public comment period closed.

The hearing will consider comments from the public on the proposed revisions to 7 DE Admin. Code 2103 “Regulations for the Green Energy Program.”

The objectives of revising 7 DE Admin. Code 2103 are to update and simplify regulatory language.

The proposed amendments may be inspected online starting July 1, 2021 on the Delaware Register of Regulations or in-person, by appointment only, by contacting Brett Swan, by phone at 302-735-3491 or by email at Brett.Swan@delaware.gov.

Those wishing to offer verbal comments during DNREC public hearings must pre-register no later than noon of the date of the hearing at de.gov/dnreccomments or by telephone at 302-739-9295.

The Department will accept public comment through the close of business on Thursday, Aug. 12, 2021. Comments will be accepted in written form via email to DNRECHearingComments@delaware.gov, using the online form at de.gov/dnreccomments, or by U.S. mail to the address below.
