The DNREC Div. of Water will conduct a public hearing (Docket #2021-W-P-0021) on an application from the Fort DuPont Redevelopment and Preservation Corporation for a Subaqueous Lands Permit. Public comment period closed.

The Applicant has applied to install approximately 1,600 linear feet of rip-rap shoreline stabilization in Delaware City Branch Canal, at Fort DuPont, 260 Old Elm Avenue, Delaware City, New Castle County, DE.
