An online offering of the contractor training class of the Sediment and Stormwater program.

Under the Delaware Sediment and Stormwater Regulations, at least one person on each construction site must be certified as “responsible personnel” through the contractor training program.

The five-hour training program, also known as the Blue Card course, includes an overview of the sediment and stormwater program, the regulations and required erosion and sediment control measures in Delaware.

Pre-registration is required and is open through Nov. 13, 2020, or until the class fills on a first-come, first-registered basis. The $60 registration fee must be paid in advance.

The class will be offered online, using the state’s WebEx platform, attendees will receive login information after they have completed registration for the course.
