If you need to re-print a recreational fishing license or boat fishing license, please log-in to the ePermitting system to access your documents. Save them to your device or print them out.

To duplicate any other form of license purchased using the Egov licensing system, use the DNREC e-gov Order Tracking System and follow the instructions below.

If you need to print a duplicate item, please make sure of the following prior to printing:

  • Your printer is on and operating properly
  • You have paper in the printer and your toner is sufficient
  • You are not using a mobile device, touch screen computer or Apple products

Once the printer box appears on your computer screen, DO NOT close out of the pop-up box that reads “About blank.” Please wait until the system pulls up the printer selection page before proceeding. (NOTE: If you “X” out of the pop-up box, you will have lost your opportunity to print a duplicate.)

If your attempt to print a duplicate fails on the first attempt, your computer or printer may not be compatible with DNREC’s system and firewalls. Or, it may be the case that your system’s security set-up, anti-virus software, or wireless set-up may be preventing you from printing.

Please contact DNREC’s Division of Fish & Wildlife’s Licensing Section 302.739.9918 for assistance, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., or via email at
