Notice has been given that:

Road Site Construction Inc. DBA Clean Cut Interlocking Pavers LLC, requests a natural minor permit amendment for a new location to operate a Terex Finlay I-200RS impact crusher with associated Scania DC09 Diesel engine at their Sussex County Habitat for Humanity Inc. Location, Tax Map ID 432-8.06-73.00, West Front Street, Laurel, Sussex County facility. The impact crusher and engine will be permitted to emit 0.79 TPY of NOx, 6.92 TPY of CO, 0.37 TPY of HC, 0.30 TPY of PM10, 0.05 TPY of PM2.5, 0.59 of Total PM and 0.01 TPY of SOx by Permit# APC-2018/0017-OPERATION (Amendment 03).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending Monday, November 30, 2020. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
