Permit Application

Notice has been given that:

Crossroads Land Tech, LLC, requests an Operation Permit for the operation of a portable concrete crushing system at 30548 Thorogood Road, Dagsboro, Sussex County, Delaware. The portable concrete crushing system, consisting of a 2021 Powerscreen PremierTrak R400X Jaw Crusher, a 2019 Powerscreen Warrior 1800 Scalping Screener and a Cross-Tech Stacker, will be permitted to emit 0.50 tpy of NOX, 0.12 tpy of SOX, 0.11 tpy of CO, 0.16 tpy of VOC, and 0.01 tpy of PM as well as fugitive emissions of 2.05 tpy of PM10 and 1.83 tpy of PM2.5 by Permit # APC-2022/0090-OPERATION. Zoning approval for this permit has been approved for a period of five years.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending December 12, 2022. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
