Notice has been given that:

Kent County Regional Resource Recovery Facility, requests a natural minor permit to construct one (1) 2,000 kW Caterpillar Model 3516C distributed generator fired on diesel fuel at their Kent County Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 139 Milford Neck Road, Milford, Delaware. The distributed generator will be permitted to emit 1.19 TPY of NOx, 0.59 TPY of VOC, 3.96 TPY of CO, 0.04 TPY of SOx, and 0.14 TPY of PM by Permit# APC-2021/0116 CONSTRUCTION(NSPS).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending October 18, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
