Notice has been given that:

Mitsdarfer Brothers Tree Service, Inc. requests a permit to operate a portable wood grinding plant at their permanent site located at 112 Water St, in Wilmington, as well as a temporary site located at 1107 Willow Grove Rd, in Felton. By permit: APC-2021/0118-Construction/Operation, the facility will be permitted to emit 5.7 tpy of NO_x, 0.18 tpy of CO, 0.01 tpy of SO₂, 0.07 tpy of NMHC, and 6.4 tpy of PM.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending July 19, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
