Notice has been given that:

Peachtree Health Group LLC requests permission to construct one (1) emergency generator, rated 600 kW (903 HP) at their 26890 Lewes Georgetown Highway, Harbeson, Sussex County, Delaware facility. The engine used in this generator set complies with U. S. EPA regulations under the provisions of 40 CFR 1039 Appendix I, Non-Road Tier 2 emissions limits. Permit # APC-2021/0129-CONSTRUCTION

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending Monday, December 20, 2021. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
