Notice has been given that:

Zack Excavating, Inc., requests a construction permit to install a 300 ton per hour impact crusher, screener, and stacking conveyor for use at the following addresses: 2935 South Dupont Blvd., Smyrna, Kent County; 161 Twin Oak Drive, Cheswold, Kent County; and 18195 Dupont Hwy., Harrington, Kent County. The impact crusher, screener, and stacking conveyor will be permitted to emit 0.64 TPY PM10, 0.58 TPY NOx, 0.18 TPY CO, 0.28 TPY HC, and 0.003 TPY SO₂ by Permit# APC-2022/0060-CONSTRUCTION (NSPS)(MNSR).

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending March 21, 2022. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
