A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: ESNG Seaford Offset and Southend Lateral Relocation Project (2021.0056)

The Eastern Shore Natural Gas Company is seeking a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) authorization to relocate and/or perform maintenance on existing buried natural gas pipelines, at two locations along U.S. Route 13, in Sussex County, Delaware. The proposed project is located in road rights-of-way and other previously disturbed areas. The limit of disturbance for the two locations totals approximately 1.72 acres.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Certification will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this notice.
