A Federal Consistency Certification has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: ESNG Southern Expansion Project (2022.0010)

Eastern Shore Natural Gas Company (ESNG) is seeking authorization from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for its proposed Southern Expansion Project. The project involves expansion of the existing Bridgeville Compressor Station (BRCS) facility located in an unincorporated area near the Town of Bridgeville, Sussex County, Delaware. The proposed project will involve installing one new compressor unit within an existing building to increase operating capacity for ESNG’s shippers. The BRCS is located within an approximately 28-acre land parcel owned by ESNG, in an 8-acre area that also contains an access driveway and a stormwater management facility.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Certification will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this notice.
