A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: USDA FSA Grain Storage Facility Seaford (2023.0035)

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Farm Service Agency is proposing to fund the removal of an existing storage shed, the addition of a drag conveyor beneath 3 existing grain bins, and the construction of a new 42ft grain bin at 2864 Longacre Ln, Seaford, DE. The project will disturb no more than 2,500 sq ft of previously disturbed ground.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
