A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following:

USDA FSA Dempsey Farms LLC Grain Storage Bin (2021.0044)

The USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) proposes to fund the construction of an additional grain storage bin in an existing grain storage yard at 1634 Fast Landing Road, Dover, Kent County, Delaware 19901.

Ground disturbance below the plow line will be needed to pour a concrete foundation.

USDA FSA Jester Grain Storage Bin (2021.0046)

The USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) proposes to fund the construction of an additional grain storage bin in an existing grain storage yard at 747 Green Giant Road, Townsend, New Castle County, Delaware 19734. Ground disturbance below the plow line will be needed to pour a concrete foundation.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
