A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following:

USDA FSA Lazy Days Farm Grain Storage Bin (2021.0047)

The USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) proposes to fund the construction of an additional grain storage bin at 3196 South Little Creek Road, Dover, Kent County, Delaware 19901. The property is currently a farm storage yard with residence, Ground disturbance below the plow line will be needed to pour a concrete foundation.

USDA FSA Voshell Hay Storage Bin (2021.0049)

The USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) proposes to fund the construction of a hay storage barn with a dirt floor at 1035 Bethel Church Road, Middletown, New Castle County, Delaware 19709, tax map parcel ID #11-057-00-004. The property is currently a farm with building, cropland, pasture with a residence. There will not be ground disturbances below the plow zone.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
